To reach these ambitious targets, Groupe BPCE is running a 100% digital media plan on its social networks from March to the summer of 2024

Work-study programs are unquestionably a preferred option, and provide students with a real springboard for their future working lives: two-thirds of work-study students find their first job on completion of their in-company training period*. These programs also provide Groupe BPCE companies with an opportunity to recruit young people by supporting them during their studies and introducing them to the wealth of banking professions and careers available to them.

All of the bank’s business lines are covered by this scheme: sales and support functions – finance, risk, audit, IT, data & digital, marketing, communications, human resources, etc. To meet these ambitious objectives, a digital campaign is currently underway on the main social networks: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook. Students will also be able to put their questions to the 50 Group ambassadors mobilized on My Job Glasses qui répondront à toutes leurs questions.
