Groupe BPCE’s two brands rank among the top performing retail banks in the latest annual study published by the digital rating agency D-Rating.
Banque Populaire and the Caisse d’Epargne come in top position among traditional banks for the usage status and performance of digital channels in retail banking (see below). This is the result of the latest assessment and ranking of the digital rating agency D-Rating published on October 22. This result represents a striking performance and the strongest progress in the banking sector between 2018 and 2019, with a gain of 9 spots for Banque Populaire and 6 spots for the Caisse d’Epargne.
This result illustrates the relevance of the “Digital Inside” strategy launched by Groupe BPCE twelve months ago to make digital channels an integral part of the way it does business.
This approach, designed to offer practical support to both customers and their advisors, is now bearing fruit: the Banque Populaire and Caisse d’Epargne apps have become French people’s favorite apps during the 12-month study. Only the neobank Revolut scored higher in terms of App satisfaction.
This performance also reflects Groupe BPCE’s ability to innovate and provide its customers with ranges of products and services that increasingly promote autonomy, rapidity, simplicity, and transparency.
