Within the Groupe BPCE, inclusion is a cornerstone that guides our actions and corporate culture.

By signing the LGBT+ commitment charter of l’Autre Cercle, which works for the visibility and recognition of LGBTQ+ individuals in the professional world, our executive board has reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring equal rights for all our employees, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. This commitment is realized through various initiatives, ranging from awareness-raising to combating all forms of discrimination, to opening our parenthood programs to all forms of conjugality.

What is a role model?

Being a “role model” means embodying values of diversity, inclusion, and respect, and inspiring others to do the same. Role models are employees who dedicate themselves to creating a work environment where everyone feels valued and understood. They play a crucial role in building a space where differences are celebrated, which in turn enriches our collective and fosters innovation.
