This prize* recognizes the quality of the Group’s regulated information as reflected in the publication of its universal registration document.
The universal registration document is a communication tool that provides the financial community and the general public with all the information they need to form an opinion about the issuer’s business activities, financial position, results, risks, and outlook. It contains all the legal, economic, financial, accounting, and environmental, social, & governance (ESG) information required for an exhaustive presentation of the Group for a given fiscal year.
Since 2009, the objective of the Grands Prix de la Transparence (Transparency Awards) has been to enable issuers to measure the performance of companies in terms of transparency and to identify best practices in the marketplace.
These awards are organized by Labrador, a consulting agency specializing in regulated communications, with the support of numerous associations and institutions in the financial community. An independent scientific committee comprised of ten leading figures from organizations and associations representing information users, guarantees the neutrality and fairness of the ranking.
Every year, the awards become increasingly demanding: this year, 230 transparency criteria, including 31 new ones, were included in the screening process.
