On the occasion of Pride Month, Groupe BPCE reaffirms its commitment to the inclusion of LGBT+ individuals in the workplace, with numerous initiatives within its businesses and companies.
Groupe BPCE has made long-term commitments to provide an inclusive environment for LGBT+ individuals, ensure equality of rights and treatment for all, support victims of discriminatory remarks or acts, and measure progress while sharing best practices. These commitments are part of the ongoing efforts initiated by Groupe BPCE for several years, such as the implementation of awareness-raising initiatives (e-learning, guide on the inclusion of LGBT+ individuals in the workplace, etc.).
Internally, specific awareness-raising actions are also organized on the occasion of Pride Month, including a roundtable on the theme of inclusion and diversity, as well as two conferences titled “Dare to be yourself: coming out in the workplace” and “LGBTQI+ diversities through the lens of pop culture.”
The companies in the group can also rely on the All Equals network to implement their initiatives in favor of the inclusion of LGBT+ individuals. Established in 2020 and supported by the group, it brings together over 1,100 employees worldwide and organizes numerous events to promote equality and inclusion for everyone. All Equals has also launched the podcast “Stories,” with its latest episode dedicated to allies.
