In response to growing demand for housing in the Pays de Gex, Haute-Savoie and Lyons metropolitan area, Dynacité and the Caisse d’Epargne Rhône Alpes have joined forces to create MyLi.
Myli a company specializing in the development and management of new intermediate rental accommodation*, boasting a share capital of 7 million euros, will be jointly owned by the Dynacité real estate group (72%) and the Caisse d’Epargne Rhône Alpes (28%). The two partners share the same values and ambitions: promoting the sustainable development of the Rhône-Alpes region, improving the everyday lives of the people living in this part of France, and innovating in order to make progress.
This joint project also sets out to boost the region’s economic recovery given that MyLi plans to invest 67 million euros over the next five years in the creation of between 300 and 400 new housing units.
* Homes provided at a cost below rents charged in the private sector (where prices are becoming increasingly inaccessible) but above the cost of means-tested subsidized housing
