In 2,024 days, Paris will be hosting the world’s largest sports competition, and Groupe BPCE is celebrating this event with a single objective in mind: to make the Olympic flame shine even brighter!
Since January 1st, 2019, Groupe BPCE, through all its different brands, has been an official Premium Partner of Paris 2024. This partnership, which stands as an historic and structuring project, represents an unprecedented opportunity for our Group to mobilize all its energies and vital forces over the next six years, and well beyond.
In closer contact with local and regional France
To celebrate the start of this fine adventure – and, symbolically, to do so 2,024 days before the opening of the Games – two communication campaigns have been launched simultaneously today, Thursday, January 10. The first, aimed at the general public, is based on the arguments developed by the Group’s principal brands: ‘daring’ and ‘success’ for the Banque Populaire banks; the ‘commitment to be useful’ for the Caisses d’Epargne. The use of billboards and dynamic displays, the advertising wrapping used on institutional sites, and posts on social networks will allow each retail-banking network to promote this partnership among its customers and cooperative shareholders. Other brands are teaming up with this external advertising campaign such as, for example, CASDEN Banque Populaire with the slogan: “Together, we have everything to gain.” Natixis, for its part, will promote its brand signature with “Let’s go beyond” on social networks, in particular. Finally, on the Votre Coach by BPCE platform, leading French sports coaches will enthusiastically explain what the Olympic Games represent for them and, even more so, for France.
Employees acting as ambassadors
The 2,024-days-before-the-Games date is also being celebrated with the launch of an in-house mobilization program, designed to make the Group’s 106,000 employees the principal actors and ambassadors of these “Games for all.” A campaign has been launched today, January 10, to unite our people around this common project and generate a team spirit. It will be marked, in particular, by the revelation of a specific identity, to be unveiled over the next few days in the Group’s different companies. Throughout the year, other major events will enable our employees to invest this new are of expression and action: an invitation for innovative projects, a road show presenting the partnership in companies, a digital commitment platform, the organization of a sports competition, etc.
The support and involvement of all our employees will play a major role in ensuring the success of Paris 2024. So, starting today and over the next six years, let’s make the Olympic flame shine brighter and offer France an outstanding series of games!
