POP-GREEN, the sustainable e-branch of Banque Populaire du Sud

Banque Populaire du Sud is committed to working alongside its customers for a more responsible and more sustainable future.
After Nîmes, it was the turn of Montpellier and Perpignan in the south of France to welcome the inauguration of their POP-GREEN e-branches on May 17th. The concept behind this new solution is that of a branch offering 100% dematerialized banking services, providing access to advisors specializing in sustainable development and capable of meeting the expectations of customers and partners wanting to invest in the energy transition or to finance eco-responsible projects via 100% sustainable development solutions: in short, the provision of everyday banking services, mobilitý projects, home loans, and solidarity-based savings.
Banque Populaire du Sud offers individual customers a wide range of solutions (interest-free Eco loans, Energy renovation loans, Mobility loans, SRI funds, CODEVair passbook savings accounts, etc.) but it also finances companies and regional projects focused on sustainable development (social projects, environmental protection, energy transition, etc.). With the opening of these three POP-GREEN e-branches, Banque Populaire du Sud is stepping up its efforts in its local catchment area in support of the transition towards a more sustainable future and a fairer world and, as such, is fully compliant with Groupe BPCE’s commitment for more inclusive finance and a more environmentally friendly society.
