The financing agreement is being structured by the Caisse d’Epargne CEPAC in its capacity as a loan arranger, coordinator and lenders’ agent. Bpifrance and the European Investment Bank have also signed up alongside CEPAC.
The size of the program is scaled to reach approximately 100 million euros. Initial funds will be drawn down in the near future to finance four solar- and wind-power projects, representing an aggregate capacity of 42 MW.
