Groupe BPCE is a partner of the second episode of ‘Work in Progress,’ a documentary exploring how work is being transformed within companies.
Two years after Samuel Durand produced his documentary exploring how all the different aspects of work are being transformed (the search for meaning, the rise of freelancers, the creator economy, etc.), the independent filmmaker is now focusing his attention on companies to show how they can still remain attractive and allow the personal fulfillment of their employees at a time when the corporate world is subject to far-reaching changes.
For Groupe BPCE, which has made the future of work one of the key aspects of its BPCE 2024 strategic plan, it is interesting to study the issue from different angles and to help give further impetus to thinking about this question of concern to all business sectors. The Group is already giving tangible shape to the future of work in three areas: the large-scale rollout of hybrid working solutions with the creation of new working environments and the adoption of new practices; the emphasis on training as a core element in the employee experience; and the availability of in-house career paths as drivers of employee commitment (with, in particular, employee induction schemes, professional mobility policies, talent pools, etc.).
The Work in Progress documentary is scheduled for release in March 2022.
