The Practice and Values of Sport celebrated by Groupe BPCE

Groupe BPCE brought together 1,200 employees for the third edition of its in-house challenge, the Défi IMAGINE: three days dedicated to the celebration of sport, teamwork, and pushing one’s limits.

After previous events organized at the Insep national institute for high-level sport (Paris) in 2019 and in Tignes (in the Alps) in 2022, this year it was in La Baule on the Atlantic coast in northwest France that 44 teams, representing all the different entities within Groupe BPCE, came together for this sporting event. The gathering was marked by a strong sense of camaraderie, team spirit, synergy, but also solidarity and inclusion.

Thus, above and beyond the sporting contests (handball, touch rugby, and triathlon events), the Défi IMAGINE also provided an opportunity to propose a solidarity challenge in stand-up paddle for the benefit of two regional associations.

One year after becoming a Premium Partner of the Olympic & Paralympic Games Paris 2024, Groupe BPCE set out, through its Défi IMAGINE challenge, not only to create a sense of unity between its companies and employees but also to promote access to sport for everyone.

A challenge accomplished with flying colors!
