The Caisse d’Epargne Ile-de-France, founded in 1818, has long been a pillar of the banking industry. It has successfully adapted to the many changes that have swept through French society over the years. Thanks to its extensive network of branches and offices, it enjoys a broad presence throughout the region. Its influence also extends beyond its home territory through the development of three subsidiaries: Banque BCP, Banque de Tahiti, and Banque de Nouvelle-Calédonie.

This wide geographical coverage reflects its established strategy of developing a local presence, reinforced by a strong commitment to its catchment area, as demonstrated by the development of the Ancrage territorial (“Regional grounding”) program. In its capacity as a cooperative bank, the Caisse d’Epargne Ile-de-France supports local decision-makers by reinvesting the savings it collects to finance local projects and encourage short-circuit investments.

Over the years, the Caisse d’Epargne Ile-de-France has resolutely turned toward the future by strengthening its commitment to the environmental transition. It also broke new ground in 2023 with its new employer brand signature: “We love all talents.” Judging from the response to this less institutional and more authentic campaign, potential candidates found it to be convincing, as evidenced by the 56% increase in the number of applications.

As a socially committed bank, the Caisse d’Epargne Ile-de-France places accessibility to culture for all and the fight against exclusion at the very heart of its actions. Awarded the Grand Mécène de la Culture (“Major Patron of Culture”) prize by the French Ministry of Culture in 2021, the Caisse d’Epargne Ile-de-France forges trusting relationships with local players through a policy of long-term patronage that enables it to take part in significant projects.

As an official partner of the Olympic & Paralympic Games 2024, the Caisse d’Epargne Ile-de-France is strengthening its commitment to ‘Being useful to all’ via ‘The Useful Pact.’ This investment translates into regional initiatives for all publics, support for five athletes as they prepare for the Games, as well as funding for the construction of the Athletes’ Village, the renovation of the Eiffel Tower and the Grand Palais in Paris.
