A check for €109,291 presented to the association Le cancer du sein, parlons-en!

The Caisse d’Epargne presented a check for €109,291 to the association Le cancer du sein, parlons-en! (“Breast cancer, let’s talk about it!”), the result of the strong mobilization organized in March and October last year.

This money is the fruit of the two innovative operations carried out in 2019 to heighten awareness and contribute to the fight against breast cancer – #1femmesur8mars and #Générose – which included, in particular, the sale of bankcards designed by Inès de la Fressange, sponsored cycle rides carried out by Group employees where each kilometer covered earned financial donations, challenges staged on the social networks, etc.
The Le cancer du sein, parlons-en! association was created in 1994 to raise awareness of the importance of screening for breast cancer and to collect donations for breast cancer research through a month of mobilization, known as “Pink October.” The Caisse d’Epargne has been a partner of the association for more than six years.
