BPCE DEV_CONTEST 2024: a competition that highlights the tech talents of Groupe BPCE

The BPCE DEV_CONTEST 2024, the internal coding competition open to the employees of Groupe BPCE, took place on December 11th and this second edition was one for the record books.

The competition indeed brought together over 550 employees from the group, representing a 40% increase compared to the previous year. The participants came from 9 entities of the group spread across 6 countries and 5 time zones, from Asia to the United States, passing through Europe, of course.

Organized by the Technologies & Operations division of BPCE, in collaboration with several entities of the group (BPCE-IT, BPCE SA, BPCE DIGITAL & PAYMENTS, BPCE SI, BRED, CASDEN, Natixis CIB, Natixis IM, and Natixis in Portugal), this event showcased the skills of the employees as well as their team spirit and innovation.

Its success underscores Groupe BPCE’s commitment to technological excellence and the development of talents within its teams.

At the awards ceremony held on December 19th, numerous prizes were awarded to participants who could compete individually, in teams, and, for the first time, with or without the use of artificial intelligence.
