Since July 2, 2026, Marseille’s legendary stadium has gone under the official name of ‘CEPAC Vélodrome’ within the framework of a historic seven-year naming rights agreement. This historic partnership further strengthens the ties forged since 1986 between Caisse d’Epargne CEPAC and the Olympique de Marseille soccer club.

Marseille’s sporting cathedral now carries the colors of Caisse d’Epargne CEPAC. By associating its name with one of Marseille’s most iconic venues and its 67,000-seat arena, Caisse d’Epargne CEPAC is not merely signing a naming rights contract; it is crowning an exceptional and uninterrupted 40-year partnership with Olympique de Marseille, which began in 1986 and was reinforced in 2022 by its support for the women’s team “Les Marseillaises.”
Above and beyond its passion for soccer, through its decision to support this venue – which contributes to the region’s appeal and generates economic value – Caisse d’Epargne CEPAC, as the leading financier of the local economy, is expressing its pride in fulfilling its role as a regional bank.
For Caisse d’Epargne CEPAC, this major partnership reaffirms an ambitious strategy: to make sports not only a vehicle for economic growth and regional vitality but also a source of social cohesion and a powerful driver of shared emotions. Because beyond the matches staged by Olympique de Marseille, the stadium also plays an important role as a hub of life in Marseille, hosting major cultural, community, and sporting events every year.
