In a series of video portraits, Groupe BPCE’s Risk Management Department highlights the short-staffed professions where it is now recruiting.

The Group’s Risk Management Department, one of Groupe BPCE’s sectors of excellence, has released portraits of four of its employees in which they talk about their day-to-day work, the intrinsic interest and diversity of their activities, as well as their career paths and career prospects within the Group.

By publishing these portraits on the main recruitment sites such as Glassdoor, Indeed and Welcome to the Jungle, and posting them on the social networks, the Group’s Risk Management Department hopes to encourage enthusiastic candidates to join a cooperative group in all the different areas of risk management: credit risks, financial risks, operational risks, climate risks, business model risks, insurance risks, strategic management, governance, risk control, data and transformation… representing a wealth of varied roles and content areas that, together, constitute the multifaceted nature of this department in which professional fulfillment is experienced on a daily basis and forms part of a long-term vision.
