Natixis supports amateur rugby schools

As an official sponsor of the Racing 92 rugby club since 2007, Natixis is giving a helping hand to amateur rugby schools with the launch of “My first try.”

The aim of the operation is to support the 23 French rugby schools – which saw Racing 92’s professional players pass through their ranks when they first became license-holders – through an endowment designed to train their educators, complete their sports facilities, or equip young players.

Because of the particular context linked to the pandemic since March 2020 for amateur sport as a whole, Natixis is continuing to support the game, fully aware that the professionals of today were yesterday’s young talent going through their paces in rugby schools. The bank was able to count on the participation of the professional players in the Racing 92 team who first encountered the game in an amateur club. These confirmed players wanted take this opportunity to pay tribute to the clubs where they started their careers.
