For some, 7 is a lucky number. And, this week, the Paris 2024 Olympic flame needed all the luck it could get to keep it burning bright! From the far shores of the Mediterranean to the slopes of the Aiguille du Midi in the Alps, via the ascent of Mont Ventoux in the Provence region of southern France… the Paris 2024 Olympic flame overcame a host of obstacles on its journey through the Alpes-Maritimes, Vaucluse, Drôme, Vichy, Loire, and Haute-Savoie départements.
