Groupe BPCE took part in the 3rd edition of the Grand Prix for Digital Acceleration, one of the foremost events dedicated to the digital transformation of business organizations organized by the French business news channel BFM Business.
The prize-giving ceremony staged on January 27, 2022 awarded prizes to projects in 6 different categories: The human dimension at the heart of the digital transformation; Impact for Good; Industry 4.0; Innovation; Transformation of the Business Model; and Transformation of Customer Relationships.
The Group ranked 2nd in the “Innovation” category with its Mandat Qaxh solution (management of direct debit authorizations) specifically designed for corporate and professional customers wanting to give corporate cards to their employees. The aim of this patented innovation is to provide a totally digital function for signing, revoking and verifying direct debit authorizations for the corporate card. The system is based on a public blockchain and digital identity.
Also in the “Innovation” category, Oney ranked 7th with Oney+, a project that revolutionizes the split payment market by making it universal. Oney+ offers everyone an account, card and application that can be used anywhere in the world and at any time.
In the “Transformation of Customer Relationships” category, Natixis Assurances came in 5th position with TEC Care, a solution that offers a new approach to claims management via a new platform, resulting in an improved claims handling process, greater transparency thanks to new self-care services, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
These are a fine set of rankings for the Group, which clearly demonstrates its innovation ambition in the pursuit of its various digital transformation projects.
