Groupe BPCE joins act4nature international

As the protection of biodiversity is one of the greatest challenges of our time, Groupe BPCE is strengthening its commitment to the environment and renewing the partnership led by Natixis since 2018 by joining act4nature international.

As part of its strategic project Vision 2030 and more specifically its Impact strategy, the group announces concrete objectives and a collective mobilization in favor of biodiversity.

By joining act4nature international, the international coalition that brings together businesses, public authorities, scientists, and environmental organizations to promote the protection, enhancement, and restoration of biodiversity, the group sets ambitious goals within the framework of its activities as a banker, insurer, and investor, structured around five key areas:

1. Integrate biodiversity-related topics into strategy

2. Assess impact and dependencies related to nature

3. Reduce pressures on natural ecosystems and the environment

4. Mobilize financial resources by directing a portion of investments towards biodiversity

5. Enhance knowledge, particularly among employees, regarding biodiversity.
