A responsive, expert, and socially responsible bank
Caisse d’Epargne Grand Est Europe, a bank that is 100% cooperative, 100% regional, and 100% useful for the economic, social, and environmental development of its catchment area, demonstrates its responsiveness by adapting to the challenges and issues of our times, while continuing to grow its activities and enhance the satisfaction of its customers.
In 2025, it provided €4,094 million in financing to support the regional economy, serving its clientele of private individuals, associations, business organizations, local authorities, social housing operators, and players in the social and solidarity-based economy. In a complex economic and geopolitical environment, Caisse d’Epargne Grand Est Europe is developing its activities at the service of its clients and geographical region. It is a key player in banking and insurance in the Grand Est region in northeastern France thanks to its six Business Centers and a network of 258 branches located in virtually every local population center in the region.
Thanks to its cooperative business model and strong local and regional roots, Caisse d’Epargne Grand Est Europe is well-placed to be attentive to the needs of all and to provide a timely response to society’s expectations with its support of local ecosystems.
Caisse d’Epargne Grand Est Europe provides significant support for the arts in the Grand Est region. A founding partner of Nancy Jazz Pulsations, it is the festival’s leading private partner. Every year, it also partners with the Centre Pompidou Metz for a flagship exhibition, and supports the Flâneries musicales de Reims, a classical music festival held in Reims, the Colmar Music Festival, and many other events, promoting access to culture for as many people as possible.
It also supports sports in the region (notably basketball and handball) and is pleased this year to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the NL Contest, Strasbourg’s international urban culture festival. Caisse d’Epargne Grand Est Europe is partnering with this event – which combines culture and sports (rollerblading, skateboarding, BMX, music, etc.) – for the 13th consecutive year.
