Activities

The Caisse d’Epargne Loire-Centre is the only banking institution serving the Centre-Val de Loire region in its entirety.
In its capacity as a retail bank, it covers the different market segments of individual customers, wealth management services, professional customers (artisans, small retailers, self-employed professionals, etc.) and local associations.
In its capacity as the Bank for regional decision-makers, the Caisse d’Epargne Loire-Centre also caters to the needs of corporate customers, entities in the social economy and real-estate/social housing/semi-public syndicates markets, local authorities and institutions, while also serving the needs of business leaders through its Banque du Dirigeant.

In its capacity as a cooperative bank, the Caisse d’Épargne Loire-Centre actively contributes to regional development thanks to its cooperative structure and its 260,528 cooperative shareholders making it a local, socially committed and solidarity-based banking institution. One out of every 4 companies in the region, 1 out of every 3 associations, and 1 out of every 3 local authorities are customers of the Caisse d’Epargne Loire-Centre.

Sport & Patronage

Sports sponsorship, cultural partnerships, patronage: in 2024, 72 solidarity projects in six departments of the Centre-Val de Loire region have been supported, for 185,000 euros. Around 135,000 people benefit directly or indirectly from these initiatives.

During the Olympic & Paralympic Games Paris 2024, Caisse d’Epargne Loire-Centre supported three athletes: Cécilia Berder, (fencing), Rose Loga (hammer throwing), and Clément Berthier (para table tennis), who won a bronze medal in the Games.

In 2024, through its corporate foundation, it will collaborate with public stakeholders in the region to finance weekly 2-hour sports sessions for residents of priority neighborhoods. Caisse d’Epargne Loire-Centre is the only bank to have initiated and participated in this project, thus offering young people and families in need the opportunity to practice a sport for free.
