Activities

Caisse d’Epargne Loire-Centre’s ambition is to serve its region, backed by its ‘utility pact,’ a mission statement defining it as 100% regional, 100% cooperative, and 100% committed to the environmental transition.

Caisse d’Epargne Loire-Centre (CELC) has made its corporate foundation a key element of its 2025–2027 strategic plan, having provided support for local initiatives since the body was created in 2010. Over the past 15 years, the corporate foundation has made an active contribution to the region’s social and environmental development by funding 910 local projects for a total value of €3 million.

Caisse d’Epargne Loire-Centre is also the sole premium partner bank of ‘Bourges 2028, European Capital of Culture,’ and forms part of a broader commitment to supporting projects that drive innovation in sports, social support and culture, thereby enhancing the region’s appeal.

A socially committed, inclusive, and a robust financial institution, Caisse d’Epargne Loire-Centre is the regional cooperative bank at the service of all.
