Erilia, the first social housing company to become a “mission-led company”

Erilia, a subsidiary of the Habitat en Région group, the social housing arm of the Caisses d’Epargne

Erilia has included its corporate purpose in its articles of association, namely “to make housing accessible to all with a view to changing lives and contributing to the attractiveness of local and regional France” alongside its social and environmental goals. It has chosen to reassert the social, territorial and environmental impact of its activities by making them both measurable and enforceable. A “mission committee” and an independent third-party organization will verify that its actions are in line with its commitments as a mission-led company.

Through this approach, Erilia naturally extends its public interest mission and asserts a different vision of social housing committed to the search for positive impacts for all its stakeholders.

With a portfolio of nearly 62,000 housing units under management and a network of 18 agencies and 9 branches in France, Erilia, a social housing company with a national presence, is positioned as a major player in the social housing division of the Caisses d’Epargne – the Habitat en Région group, the 2nd largest private operator in France.
