2 June 2026
On the occasion of Pride Month in June 2026, Groupe BPCE reaffirms its commitment to LGBT+ inclusion in the workplace. Rooted in our diversity and inclusion policy, this mobilization is reflected in concrete actions carried out within our various entities to foster a benevolent and respectful working environment for everyone.
To mark this new edition of Pride Month, several events are organized to enrich dialogue, share best practices, and give employees a voice.
An original conference combining stand-up comedy and awareness-raising on the theme “How to foster the inclusion of LGBTQIA+ people and allow everyone to be themselves at work?” is organized on June 9th at Crédit Coopératif’s premises, open to employees of the group’s various companies. This event embodies our desire to find new ways to engage in dialogue.
Awareness also comes through innovative formats. The podcast Stories from the All Equals network, which now has 1,400 members and allies, offers a new episode dedicated to the testimony of a drag queen employee, addressing issues of identity and self-expression at work. In parallel, the podcast Bougez les lignes welcomes Adrien Figula Letort, co-founder of AFL Diversity, for a discussion on the current challenges of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Finally, on our social networks, discover the testimonials of three committed employees.
Our commitment to diversity and inclusion is materialized through concrete tools, notably the LGBT+ guide deployed two years ago, to best support managers and employees.
Beyond Pride Month, the BPCE Group continues its actions throughout the year to ensure equal opportunities and combat all forms of discrimination. Promoting LGBT+ inclusion in the workplace is essential to attract and retain the diverse talents that enrich our cooperative group and enable innovation for the benefit of our clients and society. By choosing to join a committed employer, our employees actively contribute to building a more open and diverse bank.
