Groupe BPCE is opening its autumn recruitment campaign for the General Inspection department from September 1 to October 3, 2026. Aimed at both recent graduates and experienced profiles, this internal audit career path offers the opportunity to acquire a cross-functional vision of the group’s banking and strategic businesses.

- Audit Graduate Program: a six-year path to progress from inspector to head of mission. Through three key stages: inspector, deputy head of mission, and then head of mission, this path allows for the gradual acquisition of recognized expertise in auditing and an increasing level of responsibility, serving the strategic challenges of Groupe BPCE.
- Varied missions within the group’s businesses, in France and internationally, working in teams (mission format).
Three profiles of inspectors wanted
- Banking inspector ; audits all aspects of a banking institution’s operations: banking production, credit risks, compliance, or human resources…
- IT inspector ; audits Groupe BPCE’s information systems. Missions may cover information systems governance, IT security, or systems architecture.
- Quantitative inspector ; audits quantitative models: valuation of financial products, risk assessment, or pricing.

The schedule and stages of the selection process
The integration process is rigorous and takes place in several phases:
- Submission of applications: from September 1 to October 3, 2026.
- Shortlisting and written tests: from September to October, shortlisted candidates will take part in written tests.
- Oral tests: during October, individual interviews and a professional simulation during a group interview.
- Final panel: an oral interview before a panel composed of members of the General Inspection department’s Executive Committee.
Selected candidates will join either the March or July 2027 intake. They will benefit from a full month of theoretical and practical training before starting their first field mission.

The campaign is open to students in their final year of a Master’s degree (5 years of higher education) as well as recent graduates with skills in financial analysis, IT techniques, quantitative methods, etc.

After submitting an online application (between September 1 and October 3, 2026), shortlisted candidates take part in written and oral evaluation tests before appearing before the final selection panel.
