Maxime Pech de Pluvinel

Head of Communication

Maxime Pech de Pluvinel has been head of Communications since April 12, 2023 and a member of the Executive Management Committee since June 10, 2026.

Maxime Pech de Pluvinel began his career in 2003 in the Ministry of the Interior as Chief of Staff to the Prefect in the Eure department then as Deputy Prefect of the district of Sarlat (Dordogne). In 2006, he joined the consulting firm McKinsey as an Engagement Manager and, in this capacity, supported the creation of Groupe BPCE. In 2011, he continued his career in the Natixis’s Strategy Department as Head of Strategic Planning. He joined the Communication Department of Natixis in 2018, of which he became Director in 2021. In 2023, he was appointed Head of Communication at Groupe BPCE and joined BPCE’s Senior Management Committee in June 2026.

Maxime Pech de Pluvinel is a former student of France’s École Nationale d’Administration (ENA, René Cassin class) and a graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques (Sciences Po) Paris.
