The senior management of the Banque Populaire banks
As the senior managers of their companies, they play an active role in the development and strategic decisions of Groupe BPCE.
The governance of each Banque Populaire bank is comprised of a Board of Directors and a Chief Executive Officer. The Board represents the cooperative shareholders, ensures that the regions and civil society are adequately represented, and oversees the management activities of the Chief Executive Officer. The Chief Executive Officer manages the company, a fully-fledged banking institution.
At the Groupe BPCE level, in their capacity as representatives of the parent companies, the senior managers of the Banque Populaire banks, Chairmen/women of the Boards of Directors and Chief Executive Officers are members of the Group’s various bodies and take part in the major decisions and orientations that apply to all Group companies
